How to Make Alkaline Water?
Place these Santevia alkalizing minerals in the bottom reservoir of your Berkey unit or glass water dispenser. The naturally occurring Maifan stones infuse highly beneficial and absorbable calcium, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus into the water. The stones continually release these easily absorbed ionized minerals into your water. Tourmaline in the stones increases the waters pH to alkaline. Bio-ceramic energy balls break water molecule clusters into smaller structures for greater bio-availability and emit the beneficial far-infrared light spectrum, energizing the water. What!? Alkaline Water: The pH of alkaline water for drinking is approximately 8-10 on the pH scale, 7 is neutral.

Good morning Mario,
Yes, your water with pH of 6 would get at least to 7. The Berkey purifier itself alkalizes water by about 0.5 and the stones will take it up at least 1 point. So your water will end up somewhere 7 – 7.5 on the pH scale. Our bodies should naturally, optimally, be at 7.35. Drinking alkaline water will help you regain this ultimate pH level. Hope this helps!

Nora, pH of 8 is great! Is that your tap water? Depending on your diet and bodies current acidity/alkalinity, even higher may be beneficial yes. If you wish for higher alkalinity, these mineral stones will take your waters pH up to approx. 9.
