We purchased our Big Berkey from Scott a few years ago. He is always extremely helpful when we have a question. Anything we order arrives quickly and is well packed. We are heading to the US and won't have room to bring our Berkey (although we tried) but recently ordered the Sports Berkey as we are rather spoiled with our great tasting water!

easy ordering. received helpful advice and answers to questions via email prior to purchase. received royal berkey in perfect condition. easy to assemble. the 10" clear spicket/spout is very helpful. happy with price and fast delivery from canada to usa. especially glad to have bought from certified dealer, as per Berkey official site, and avoided counterfeit products on ebay and amazon!
